Delays & Lost Parcels

Chelseafied is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the courier.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Chelseafied is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
