Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. Payment must be made in full at checkout.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any cancelled orders will be refunded where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

No Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any order concerns. Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions and evidence submission to the payment provider.
